Regina is an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and is a founder and Lead Strategist for the GRW Group. Regina is also the founder of Commissioned Ministries. As an ordained minister and pastor, Regina has a distinguished record of strategic leadership in the nonprofit and educational fields. Regina earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Divinity degrees from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and her Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a focus in Curriculum Development from the University of Denver.

Jon is an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and is a founding partner at the GRW Group. Jon is also the founder and President of B.U.O.Y. Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c) 3 youth development organization. Jon has been a faith and nonprofit leader for over twenty years, providing strategy, program design, implementation, coaching, and consulting for organizations of varying size and scope. Jon is a sought after speaker, writer, coach, and consultant who helps people and organizations broaden their reach and deepen their impact. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Degree from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL.

Andrea earned her BBA in Accounting from Howard University, DC, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD.

Michelle has over 30 years of nonprofit and corporate executive leadership including service as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Vitalant, Vice President of Business Development for Advocate/Aurora Health, Chief Laboratory Officer of ACL Laboratories, and President of Heartland Blood Center. Michelle has routinely managed budgets in excess of $ 4 Billion and has led strategy and growth initiatives across multiple organizations and industries. Michelle is a certified Master Black Belt in Quality, has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University West Lafayette, IN and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg in Evanston, IL.
