As an ordained minister and pastor, Regina has a distinguished record of strategic leadership in the nonprofit and educational fields. Regina earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Divinity degrees from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and her Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a focus in Curriculum Development from the University of Denver.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Degree from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL.
